How my journey began
Hello, I’m Cibele.
I am a certified Reiki practitioner and Kundalini Activation facilitator.
My journey began with Reiki 10 years ago when I was first initiated with Usui Reiki, which opened me to channelling universal life energy.
From there, I continued exploring other healing modalities, always open to learning more about myself and growing as a person. I think that we grow up and don’t realise how many little or big events that have happened in our lives can build up over time, creating “blockages” in certain areas where we feel stuck and don’t seem to flow.
I experienced my first Kundalini activation session and I felt a deep connection to this energy. I instantly knew that I was meant to work with it.
Going through the Kundalini energy activation training was a beautiful experience. I connected with my inner self, increased my self-awareness, and improved my emotional well-being. This journey brought clarity to many areas of my life and deepened my connection to the divine source and heightened my intuition. But, it wasn’t always an easy path. The more I surrendered and let the energy do its work, releasing what no longer served me, the more I had to confront my shadow self by releasing old limiting beliefs, hidden, repressed and unsolved aspects of my being that were holding me back. Do I have any regrets? Not for a second. This journey brought me a profound and essential aspect of personal growth and transformation.
I now have the honour of offering and holding the space for you and others through both Reiki and the Kundalini Activation Energy experience. I am here to help you tap into your own inner potential and find your unique transformation path to thrive in life, just as I have. Join me!

Amana - The Abundance
The name Amana came to me in a very special way.
During a chakra activation in my training, I had this beautiful and powerful experience where I felt completely surrounded and supported by the energy of an indigenous tribe. It was like I was there with them. That moment touched my heart, and I knew I wanted to honour the indigenous traditions that guided me through such a beautiful journey.
As a Brazilian who has been living in Australia for the past eight years, I started looking for a word in the Tupi Guarani language, spoken by the indigenous people of Brazil , that connects with how I see life. For me, life is all about making choices that bring joy, growth, and fulfilment. It’s about finding happiness within yourself and making the most of every moment to thrive.
That’s when I found Amana. In Tupi-Guarani, Amana means rain. For the indigenous people, rain is a blessing—it nourishes the soil and brings an abundant harvest. Amana represents abundance, a feeling that everything, love, joy, happiness, time and resources will be sufficient, for everyone.
Choosing the name Amana is my way of embracing this spirit of abundance and gratitude. It’s a way to stay connected to my roots and celebrate the incredible journey that has brought me here. Whenever I think of Amana, it reminds me to trust that life is always providing what I need, and that abundance is all around me.
“This is your life. Make every second legendary.”
