  • Try to honour the process of being in contact with yourself. Do whatever you usually do to be with yourself. It can be surging, yoga, meditation, dancing, drawing, or journaling

    Spend some time in nature (if possible, alone). Ideal activities include barefoot walks, swimming in the ocean or river, and watching the sunset or sunrise.

    Try to respect yourself when it comes to what you want to eat. If you are craving a specific food, try to give your body what it needs. Drink a lot of water!

    Highly recommended to do gentle yoga, meditation, or pranayama. Be aware of your breath.

    Practice gratitude.

  • It depends. Everyone is traveling on this journey at a different speed and not everyone is starting from the same point. There is no rule. You are the one who has to decide when your next session is going to be. For that, you really need to listen deeply and follow your gut.

     

    That said, there are some guidelines:

    -The more sessions you do, the deeper you can go. Also, every session is different. Maybe in one session, your body moves a lot, and in the next one, you can experience visions or nothing. Your experience depends on which chakra gets activated and purified.

    -Maybe after some sessions, you will feel that all your chakras are completely open and clean. If so, you might not need a session for a while (maybe weeks, months, or even years).

    -As we are social beings and in constant interaction with the world, something can happen in your daily life that can create new blockages. If so, listen to yourself and notice if you need another session.
